CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – AS A LIAISON ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS

Abstract


The whole ranges of business have been regarded as altor, and the business people realized that CSR is a best key to success and to get standard place in market among all the contestants. It is balanced integration of social and environmental consideration into business decision and operations by based on the organizational objectives of the business development, it builds the skills of the employees and communities by the way of creating social responsible practices. The activities like creating more employment, providing wealth, giving donations, offering scholarships, decking of wells, building of walls etc., for welfare of the societal development. These sustainable practices differ from organization to organization depending on the resources available and by the strategies of implementer. In most of the Indian industries, HR mangers are responsible for conducting a meaningful scheme properly and to leverage employee commitment. Thus, CSR is globally welcoming one for social welfare and to the total growth of society.
