CONSUMER PERCEPTION ON PHYSICAL FACILITIES IN RETAIL SHOPPING STORES IN PUDUKKOTTAI DISTRICT - A STUDY

Abstract


The present study is designed to analyze consumer perception towards the physical facilities provided by the retail shopping stores in Pudukkottai district. The perception of the consumers on the physical facilities of the consumers in the retail shopping stores are examined by the researcher; which includes, inconvenience, the lack of infrastructural facilities like parking facilities, lack of good advertisement, and security in mall.  The present study thoroughly highlights on the difficulties caused to consumers.
