A STUDY ON MOBILE BANKING APPLICATION USAGE IN BUSINESS PAYMENTS
Abstract
Now days the world is becoming smarter with the usage of smart phones and tablet devices. The usage of Mobile apps is very popular in India. The Mobile apps are software applications designed to run on smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices. They are available through app stores which are operated by the owners of the mobile operating system. The most popular operating system-native stores are Apple's App Store, Google Play, Windows Phone Store and BlackBerry App World. From this study, how the mobile apps are very useful to the business people for making payments, using the applications which is provided by the various banking sector for reducing time. The Banking sectors are providing mobile app when they open a current account itself for making their work easier and smarter. The study reveals that mobile apps are useful to the business for making payments easily to the customers.
