A STUDY ON PROBLEMS FACED BY CUSTOMERS IN ONLINE SHOPPING WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO KANCHIPURAM TOWN

Abstract


In this present scenario, online marketing plays a vital role in this digital Economy. Now-a-days people preferred to use online technologies for all activities. As most of the customers are working them is not having sufficient time for shopping hence customers is more concerned with online shopping. People use online shopping as it is very convenient, easy to access; time saving etc., at the same time online customers faces many problems. This paper made an attempt to know the various problems faced by online customers in Kanchipuram and measures to overcome these problems. This study is descriptive in nature and 50 questionnaires were collected using convenient sampling method. The statistical tool used for this study is percentage analysis on demographic profile of the respondent and correlation analysis on problems faced by customers in online shopping using SPSS Package.
