EFFECT OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES ON EMPLOYEES COMMITMENT IN TATA STEEL
Abstract
This study attempts to evaluate the job satisfaction of the employees of Tata Steel. The paper discusses the relative significance of job satisfaction factors as well as their impacts on the overall job satisfaction of employees. 100 employees from Tata Steel were surveyed, that includes 75 male and 25 female. Random sampling was chosen as a sampling design and questionnaire was used to gather the data from the participants. Results revealed positive and significant association between the financial incentives as well as employee commitment and increase in financial incentives such as promotion and bonuses enhanced employee commitment which increases the employee’s performance and reduces turnover and employees can only be loyal when their wants and desires are satisfied.
