Abstract


The marketplace for smart phones is one of the utmost turbulent nowadays due to mounted Competition and changing consumer marque preferences. Todays people appear to become dependent towards Smartphone due to its convenience, great camera features, easy applications installations, and more significantly, it can do uttermost of the computer performs on the go. And smartphone is used to find more demands activity of decision making while deciding and buying the smartphone product with respect to their recent satisfaction level on the unique trademark. The reason behind usage of smart phone is establish and to find the customer viewpoint towards smart phone and finally to know the customer’s preference level towards smart phones. This study is extra essential for Smartphone companies as their selling and profit will be depending upon on customer preference. Complete this study will simplify the development of Smartphone industry in the view of customer preference and their attitude.
