A STUDY ON CUSTOMER PREFERENCE TOWARDS CHOCOLATES

Abstract


The aim of this paper is to find out the customer preference towards the chocolate. This study starts with distribution of a questionnaire to participants of a different age and profile. Second, analyze the industry profile so that we get reliable data concerning the business climate and opportunities for opening a new chocolate factory. In this study this focus on what factors influences the customer to purchase the product and what they prefer to buy the products.
