A STUDY ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION TOWARDS HEALTH DRINKS IN COIMBATORE CITY

Abstract


Consumer satisfaction is the ultimate aim of any business. Both survival and growth of the business depend on its consumer satisfaction. The main objective of the business is to satisfy the consumer need and wants. Satisfaction is a person’s feeling of pleasure or disappointment resulting from comparing a products perceived performance in relation to his/her expectations.  An analysis has been made in this study between different factors which helps in determining the level of satisfaction.  The company can absorb the objectives and compete in the competitive world only if they satisfy the needs of the consumers.
