A STUDY ON CUSTOMER PREFERENCE TOWARDS DIGITAL PAYMENTS
Abstract
Digital payments systems are done with the help of internet facility and it refers to electronic consumer transactions, which include payments for goods and services. Mobile payments at Point-of-Sale (PoS) via Smartphone applications (apps), and peer-to-peer transfers between private users. The amazing increase in digital payments will result with new payment ecosystem that is emerging for consumers. This paper makes an attempt to find out the preference of the public about the digital payment and to know the effort of people to change the economy into cashless economy.
