SUCCESSION PLANNING AND CHALLENGES IN TATA GROUP – A CASE STUDY
Abstract
This case study is aimed at understanding the journey of Succession Planning in TATA Group which has been a Family Headed Business leading to Professionally Managed organization and related issues. The abrupt removal of Cyrus Mistry as Chairman of Tata Group has been an interesting case for academicians, professionals and students to analyze and understand various aspects of Management and its implications.
