An ability to take decisions based on balanced risk assessment and in-formation analysis; recognising and implementing opportunities for business growth. The study primarily analyses the strength of the relationship of the skills with success. The questionnaire survey method was employed to collect data for conducting the study. One-way ANOVA (SPSS) with Duncan multiple range test and Friedman’s - test have been used as statistical tools for analysis. The findings of the study show the relationship and the effect of the skills on the success of women entrepreneurs, thereby leading to implications that leave further scope for future research. The study will help the entrepreneurs to improve their standard life, supports to develop decision making ability and other skills.
