A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

Abstract


With increase in competition, Organisation’s demands have also increased for Employee engagement for the organisational success and to stay competitive. With the changing time, it has really become very difficult to engage the employees, therefore the success and failure of any organisation depends upon their employee’s engagement and employee retention. As employee engagement is a key to employee retention. In this paper, the researcher attempts to find out the drivers of employee engagement and innovative employee engagement practices practiced by the organisations.
