A STUDY ON CUSTOMER PERCEPTION ON PAYMENT SYSTEM THROUGH ELECTRONIC BANKING IN TIRUCHIRAPPALLI TOWN
Abstract
In information era businesses are growing enormously through online trading and transfer of funds. Electronic mode of business and fund transfer has numerous advantages like speed transaction, less human effort and easy exchange of money value. Internet related transactions are one of key development in India. Most of the export, import and other regional business transactions are transferring money within short span of time. E-payments means cashless transactions with having features of less time consuming, feasible, and low cost and minimum human effort method transactions. But in reality it has more limitations namely lack of awareness, lack of trust, only accepted one or two banks debit cards, minimum balance procedures and unauthorized, unsecured transactions. The e-banking and e-payment service providers take initiative to reduce security issues and design prompt secured e-payment system leads to customer satisfaction.
