Abstract
This study can be termed as a unique one. Because this is the only study ever found regarding to the school women teachers’ stress and its effect on job Satisfaction. To look into job satisfaction, which is significant as it, affects performance. This study has tried to map out the concept of school women teachers’ stress and its effect on their job satisfaction. Here, efforts are given to frame all the perception of job satisfaction perceived by the school teachers.
