AN EMPIRICAL INVESTIGATION ON FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENTS (FDI) INFLOWS IN TOP FIVE SECTORS OF INDIA

Abstract
Foreign Direct Investments is an inevitable source of any nation to enhance the growth of infrastructure and development. Foreign direct investment makes a bridge between rich and poor. In the present era India is one of the most unavoidable country, in the aspects of global trade and business hub. In the recent decade India gets refurbish its wealth and prosperity in all level. The make in India project helps more to attract the global investments and investors towards the nation. It creates number of employment opportunities and raise the income of the fellow citizens of the country. The present government is taking much more efforts to attract FDI in all levels. In this study the researcher exhibit the top five sectors who receives more FDI around the world in the recent years. This study focuses the past five years from 2013-14 to 2017-18, the data collected from RBI bulletin it is purely secondary one. The data has been interpreted simply in manner. India is ahead of other Asian countries like China in flow of FDI, because of commerce standoff between USA and China. India’s open trade policy and personal interest makes strong FDI progress in the recent years.
