Abstract


Job satisfaction describes how content an individual is with his or her job. It can be influenced by a variety of factors.  Some of the factors include the level of pay and benefits, the perceived fairness of the promotion system with in company, the quality of working conditions, leadership and social relationships and job it. Planning the future is continuous and never-ending activity at BEPL.
