AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON CHALLENGES FACED BY HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS TOWARDS RECRUITMENT OF IT PROFESSIONALS AND ITS INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT BANGALORE
The research aimed at formulating the parameters for challenges in the recruitment process and for the performance of employees in regards to Information technology (IT) industry. The research work was empirical and data was collected from the Human Resource (HR) recruits at Bangalore. Further, an attempt was made in assessing the relationship of the recruitment process on the performance parameters with correlation analysis using SPSS. The influence of one dimension in presence of another independent variable was computed with AMOS. Challenges for recruitment process with employers prospective carry more weight than the applicant’s perspective.
