INVESTORS PREFERENCE TOWARDS COMMODITY FUTURE MARKET

Abstract

Commodity market trades in primary products as well as finished products. Many products like cocoa, coffee, hard and soft commodities were traded. Numerous commodities belonging to various commodity classes like agri commodities, energy products, metals, bullion are actively traded in the market. Each commodity has its own factors which influence its price, supply, demand, etc. As such some commodities are extremely volatile and others not so much. Investors prefer certain commodities to others based on their risk and return. So, this study focuses on the preference to invest in commodity market.
