Abstract

Multiple primary malignancies in a patient are very rare phenomena. Case reports of synchronous Gall bladder and colon carcinoma have been described in literature but no synchronous gall bladder and cecal carcinoma report have been described. We are reporting a case report of synchronous gall bladder and cecal carcinoma presenting as perforation peritonitis in a 58 year old male. Emergency laparotomy with right hemicolectomy and cholecystectomy was done. Histopathology revealed malignancy in gall bladder and caecum. Postoperative period was uneventful.
