CHALLENGES OF MOBILE BANKING IN STATE BANK OF INDIA
Abstract
The main objective of this study challenges of mobile banking in state bank of India. The study based on secondary data. The data were collected from annual reports, website, and books. Mobile banking can be considered as a boon as well as a bane. The customer can transfer funds from your bank account to another bank account with a Smartphone just with the help of the internet, from anywhere to everywhere. With the help of Mobile, Banking customer can transfer funds, and pay bills, checking account balance, study your recent transaction, block your ATM card, etc. The researcher concluded that Mobile banking recently is to be number of transactions that takes place on bank's alternative channels like mobile banking has increased to 80 percent used for all customers. Mobile Banking for penetration sharply going up due to competition in the telecom space, cost-effective models being available and expansion of Wi-Fi/4G/3G networks, Paytm, etc.
