JOB SATISFACTION AMONG MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES IN KERALA: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY

Abstract


This study is an attempt to find out the level of job satisfaction among the medical representatives, particularly in Kerala. Job satisfaction can be defined as how people feel about their jobs and different aspects of their job. It’s the extent to which people like (Satisfaction) or dislike (dissatisfaction) their job. The study is based on market share, 6 companies were chosen, 3 each from the domestic sector and foreign sector.
