A STUDY ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ONLINE SHOPPING IN TIRUCHIRAPPALLI

Abstract


Online shopping is a major place in business now a days.  It improves sales of the business for profit and non-profit agencies. Online market works in 24X7 which helps to customers made an order through internet by websites and mobile applications. People can visit the site, search the product and get to know all features of the product.  User views will help to improve the quality of the product as well as the business. This paper concentrates on online shopper’s interest, satisfaction and problems in online shopping. A prepared questionnaire was used to collect the primary data by input of 75 respondents.
